Remote support is available using Zoho Assist.
Tangent can connect to your PC or Mac desktop for troubleshooting and collaboration.
To initiate a session:
- Contact Tangent for a Session ID
- Enter the Session ID in the box to the right.
- Press Connect.
- Follow the directions to allow Tangent to connect to your desktop.
