Remote support is available using Zoho Assist.

Tangent can connect to your PC or Mac desktop for troubleshooting and collaboration.

To initiate a session:

  1. Contact Tangent for a Session ID
  2. Enter the Session ID in the box to the right.
  3. Press Connect.
  4. Follow the directions to allow Tangent to connect to your desktop.
